My boyfriend got me a BEAUTIFUL bracelet for Christmas. Unfortunately stuff happens and it broke. We took it to the store and as soon as we said it was broken and we'd just gotten it, the manager just gave me a brand new bracelet! It took so much weight off of both of our shoulders because we'd thought we'd have to get it repaired and might not have it back by Christmas Day. Thankfully I have a new, unbroken bracelet. And Belden Jewelers has some lifetime customers. Thank you for saving our Christmas!

My husband bought a wedding ring at Kay Jewelers and it broke after 3 weeks. We went to Kay's and they couldn't find our receipt or any info that we had bought it there. She suggested we try Belden, their sister store. We tried it, and they didn't have any luck finding it either. We left, disappointed. A few minutes later we got a call from Jennifer at Beldens saying she searched everywhere and found our info! She was able to exchange his ring for a new, more sturdy one. I'm so thankful and appreciative that Jennifer spent that time searching for our receipt and for all the help! We will definitely be going back!

Very big thanks to Jennifer and everyone else that works at the store. Had an issue with a ring and she took care of everything perfectly. Will definitely be back to visit.
