Great people to work with. They were the only ones that weren't Mall Jewelers that would touch an Australian black opal ring and resized and repair it. Very honest people. Very trust worthy. Thank you for the great experience Mark!!

I went in and was greeted by a nice lady who set me up with Alex to look at the ring setting I went in to see. Alex showed me the setting along with a couple others very quickly. He asked no questions as far as time frame and budhet. I asked for a card with the style on it and was told to just take a picture. He seemed  very uninterested in making a sale. I asked to see loose stones and was not shown. I needed a stone to go with the setting. Not at all a good experience.

My fiance and I purchased our engagement ring here and had the best experience!  We had gone to another place nearby and the sales associate didn't care about us at all. Michelle asked a ton of questions and devoted her time to finding what we wanted. 

We will definitely be back for wedding bands!

Long's in Nashua is an exceptional jewelry store with a staff that works as a team and are not pushy.  If you're looking for high end watches talking to Eddie is the only way to go.  Their estate selection is impressive and priced right.  Just can't say enough about what a great place this is...a very unique experience.  The wrapping is so nice my wife didn't want to open her new necklace!
