Sales team is very rude and unapproachable. This happened to me twice. The sales reps talked in their language and ignored me. A Indian couple came in behind me. They greeted them a.s.a.p .. so I'm watching.. not one of the 5 reps EVER ADDRESSED ME. fed up I went to the cashiers desk. They heard my complaints now they wanted to help. I mentioned my experience on fb.. the person I talked to suggested I shop online.. pathetic

Don't Buy the Warranty! We bought a leather, electric reclining three seater sofa from them last year. My wife and I also opted for the PurePromise warranty that VCF offers because it was supposed to coverage pet damage including bodily fluids. This sounds great right?! For those of us who own an animal, you know that you're going to inevitably have some accidents. When we went to claim damage to the couch, the insurance company that VCF uses, UNITERS, claimed that they DO NOT in fact cover any type of pet damage. When confronting VCF, they claimed they weren't sure how the insurance company could say they don't cover pet damage as that's "what the warranty states". Needless to say, don't buy the warranty because it's a lie and not worth your money. On the bright side, the couch is crazy comfortable, just sad I can't keep it in shape.

Imagine opening up a line of credit with Value City for, what you thought was a deal, 36 months interest free. Your credit was run and an account was opened. Your first bill never arrives because it was mailed it to the wrong address. Your first delivery is missing your $1100 dining room table. The third delivery, 50+ days later, finally arrives and two of the four pieces to your $1500 sofa are damaged. A $200 in-store credit is all the store manager can offer to fulfill your July 3 purchase by the middle of October. DON'T imagine this. DON'T SHOP @ Value City. There is no value here just poor customer support and service. The managements office here should be renamed SORRY CITY

THEY TOLD ME THEY WE HELP YOU OUT, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU,SO WHAT THEY DID, NOTHING,ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, I BOUGHT A WARRANTY THAT I COULD NEVER USED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT TO COVER MY SOFAS, AND VC TOLD ME I WAS ON MY OWN, BECAUSE THE SOFAS CAN NOT BE REPAIR AT ALL, EVEN WITH WARRANTY THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THEM OR DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. ON THE LONG RUN, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU ON ANYTHING WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY AT VALUE CITY PLEASE DO NOT BIY HERE. DO NOT BUY FROM VALUE CITY, DO NOT BUY WARRANTY NAME UNITERS, NO BODY WANTS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE ON YOUR FURNITURE, REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY TOLD ME MY SOFA ARE MADE FROM LEATHER, THEY ARE NOT, SO THE WARRANTY DO NOT COVERED IT BECAUSE VALUE CITY IS SELLING FAKE LEATHER. THE LADY FROM UNITERS TOLD ME VALUE CITY IS KNOWN FOR THIS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES WITH CUSTOMER

Tall gentleman with Glasses and accent was terribly rude so we went next door to Ashley and bought what we wanted with gracious service!
