Update: 12/18 We worked with the owner Alex and she was most helpful and we reached an acceptable agreement on the returned pieces. Thank you again for the prompt and efficient customer service . Poor experience purchased several pieces of furniture. living room sectional was good , but store designer recommended a coffee table too large for sectional . we called to explain but they wouldn't take it back. they said they would contact me back with return options and its been approx. 4-5 months . I would be very careful buying from them again

I've now purchased several pieces of furniture from Urban Retreat and couldn't be happier with the result. I worked exclusively with Jodie Labovitch for each purchase. She has an amazing eye for design and was able to take my clumsy description of what I was looking for and turn it into the perfect piece of furniture. She was professional, responsive, detailed and a pleasure to work with. I wish that I could rate this business with 6 stars!

Fantastic store filled with stylish furnitire and accessories. Custom available for the trickiest spaces in your home. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
