They thought I was going to rob them when all I wanted to do was purchase a current year Silver Eagle. Customer service was terrible and males obviously were helped first. You're better off purchasing coins online from reputable places rather than from them. You would actually end up paying less.

They won't even tell you how much they charge when you sell them an ounce of gold. The man I talked to was rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER bring my gold to them after the way I was treated.

I came in a complete gold newbie (almost) and Daniel gave me a real crash course in the gold business and answered all my questions. (It wasn't busy) Really great experience. I hope to do all my gold business here.
