An engagement and wedding ring retail company with freestanding stores located in Southern California, Houston and Dallas/Ft. Worth Texas, Seattle Washington and Scottsdale, Arizona. Robbins Brothers serves as the destination for couples in love. While the company specializes in engagement ring settings and loose diamonds, it carries an extensive selection of wedding bands, promise rings, anniversary bands, three-stone rings, earrings, pendants and bracelets. The company features top designer like Tacori, Verragio, Simon G., Henri Daussi to name a few. Also offering proprietary brands as well. Onsite jewelers are available to set diamonds, create custom-settings and perform service and maintenance checks. Each location is furnished with a refreshment lounge, relaxation area and television. I have never received such incredible customer service--this place wowed me from the moment I walked in and still wows me three years later. The staff is helpful, kind, creative and they genuinely want you to find exactly what you want at the price point you desire. Can't say enough good about them. But I do have to mention a couple things--Cheryl helped us pick out my engagement ring. Gave us her number in case we had any questions or concerns (we live an hour away from this location) and was a constant help. Long story short, my ring set was complicated and ended up needing more work than expected. They made it seamless, it turned out perfect. Within the past two years, my husband has gone back twice and both times, Cheryl has had the perfect things picked out before he even got there. All this to say--if you are looking for incredible quality in jewelry, customer service, people and experience, look no further. These people are amazing and we have gained a wonderful friend from our time there. Hope this helps, best wishes!

This was the best jewelery store I had encountered after searching for a ring for a month. I met a sales associate named Amir who was amazing, intelligent and supportive of every wish I wanted. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I wasn't even prepared to buy a ring I was just going to look, but Amir was so amazing I didnt want to leave the store till I had one. I was just going to browse since I had planned to ask in a few weeks and Amir was so amazing that I wanted a ring that day, he wasn't pushy, he just loves his job and he was knowledgeable!

Very friendly, helpful, great variety. After all of the jewelry stores I visited and online searches, I felt like I was purchasing a quality ring. There was only one other location I considered a purchase. The ring was similar and 100.00 cheaper but I didn't get the feeling that I was buying something special which is the feeling I got at Robbins

My fiance' purchased my engagement ring in Bellvue from Cheryl Yoos and it is so spectacular! Thank you Thank you for making the experience for him so great. The stone she helped him pick is true perfection and i LOVE it! I went back in with him this week to select the setting and Shari Friend helped us with that difficult part with so many things to choose from. We picked out my setting and his ring and they are perfect! There was no pressure and lots of laughs. We are in our 50's and felt like they truly cared about us and our important purchase. Kudos Shari, you are awesome! Did I mention that my ring is gorgeous?!!!

From start to finish, the entire staff at Robbins has been wonderful to work with. They really make you feel at home when making an engagement purchase. They put a lot of thought and energy into helping you with this big decision, and definitely go the extra mile. I have to personally thank Cheryl and Jae for the incredible passion they put into making this event a unique and special one.
