Bender's Jewelers is quite the gem! (Har har) Scott Bender is awesome. Finding this place was like striking gold! I had a tough day at work and during a battle with the copy machine, the band of my engagement ring snapped. I was absolutely livid. The moment work ended, I drove over to Bender's Jewelers and was greeted by a smiling Scott and his sparkling personality, which helped ease some of my agitation from the long day.  Scott is so warm and personable.  He's easy to talk to and passionate about what he does. (He learned his craft from his father, who learned it from HIS father.) He was able to help me immediately and I was in and out of his shop in less than an hour.  I highly recommend going to Bender's Jeweler's if you have any jewelry needs.  Unlike the chain stores, his shop is cozy and unpretentious, and the difference in service is incomparable.  Scott is honest, detail-oriented, and thorough.  Go to Bender's Jewelers!!

Scott Bender is the best.  His has the professional skills and the friendly, personable nature to put anyone at ease!  Throughout the process of designing and creating my wedding and engagement rings Scott was always enthusiastic and ever patient with me and my fiancee.  His years of experience allowed him to give sound advice without ever making us feel pressured.  From choosing a stone to the final touches, Scott made sure to explain each step so that we felt informed and confident in our decisions. He kept excellent contact and made the whole experience simple and stress-free.  The final results were stunning beyond my best expectations!  This happy bride-to-be can't recommend him highly enough.

Where to start? I had been looking for months to try and find the perfect engagement ring with little luck. I came in to Bender's Jeweler's just trying to get an idea of what I could get for an old ring my mother had given me to put towards my engagement ring fund. I had gone to a few places prior where I was given a low-ball figure with little to no explanation as to what their were basing their valuation on. But when I came in to Scott's shop, he sat me down, took the time to inspect the ring fully, then explained to me what I a fair price for the ring was, why it was that price, and even what a buyer stood to profit on it! 

Scott's honest transparency and willingness to help is what made me decide to work with him, and I couldn't have made a better decision. My budget and the perfect engagement ring were not quite aligned, but Scott worked tirelessly with his professional colleagues behind the scenes to get me the exact diamond I wanted without going over my budget. 

The ring is perfect, my future wife is completely in love with it and will not stop looking at it. I can't stress enough how glad I am that I stumbled across Bender's Jewelers. I have already recommended Scott to multiple friends and won't be going anywhere else in the future. I encourage anybody in the market for unique, quality craftsmanship at a extremely fair price to go see Scott. I guarantee you'll become a life-long customer.

Bender's Jewelers was recommended to me by multiple people, so when my fiancee purchased my engagement and wedding rings, we took them to Scott Bender. Both rings needed to be re-sized, and appraised for insurance. Bender's provided a quote ahead of time, and then completed all of the work in one day. On a difficulty scale of 1-10, I was told my re-sizing would be a 10, because of the complexity of the setting and the number of diamonds involved. I was completely thrilled with his service, professionalism, knowledge, the quality of work we had done, and unbeatable pricing. We will work with Bender's again on future jewelry purchases and service, including returning every six months to have my rings cleaned and inspected. I already have my eye on a set of earrings they had on display, and would definitely work with them on some custom pieces I have in mind.

Had a great experience at Bender's Jewelers. I asked Scott to find a perfect diamond for a stud earring and he not only found an excellent stone, but he was also very reasonable on its price. He set the stone in the setting; also have had him do other jewelry repairs and he even fixed my clock!  I highly recommend Bender's Jewelers to anyone looking for an outstanding jewelry store and repair shop.
