Great experience from start to finish.  The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.  I custom made an engagement ring from scratch. Brant and Kathy lead the project and they went the extra mile to make sure I had the best diamonds to choose from and perfected my ring design to fine detail.   They were also very helpful with getting me exactly what I wanted within my budget and save costs where I could.  I would highly recommend to anyone looking for custom or high quality jewelry.

When we met with Kathy at Green Lake Jewelry Works we had a lot of the details already figured out. We liked a few of the styles we had seen on the Green Lake Jewelry Works website but we wanted something pretty specific and for us. We knew what we liked and we knew what we didn't like. Kathy was very good at helping us determine what would work, and what probably wasn't a good idea. During this process Kathy made very good recommendations to us to make it even better. With Kathy's help we were able to come up with a ring that was what we envisioned. We created a platinum engagement ring with a low set center diamond. The ring has a combination of diamonds and rubies (our birth stones) on the sides with milgrain and diamonds in the gallery bar to give the ring a nice accent and make it really stand out. We love the custom engagement ring and would recommend Green Lake Jewelry Works to anyone looking for a custom ring or a ring that is in stock.

My partner Juan and I purchased custom made engagement rings from Green Lake Jewelry, through our designer Ashlen, and we could not have been happier with the results.  The customer service was top-notch, and we really appreciated how Ashlen kept us appraised of how the process was coming along every step of the way.  We've already started recommending Green Lake Jewelry Works to everyone we know that's in the market for jewelry, and we'll keep singing their praises for years to come. I stopped in Green Lake Jewelry Works in Bellevue after one of my friends had recommended it. I had shopped at over 7 different jewelry stores by this point and was pleasantly surprised at both the service and options they had. I worked with Ashlen and Mitch and couldn't be happier with the outcome. They met my tight and almost impossible deadline and delivered a custom ring exactly to our liking. When shopping for an engagement ring, I highly recommend Ashlen and Mitch at Green Lake Jewelry in Bellevue, they exceeded our expectations on both finished product and customer service.

My experience with Green Lake was 100% positive from beginning to end. I had a time restriction that Mitch was willing to work with, but that was longer than their normal lead time for a custom ring. My designer, Mitch, was energetic and helpful and knowledgeable. When I didn't find the center stone I wanted, Mitch made calls to find exactly what I wanted and then had the lady  he spoke with pull the stone and check it herself to make sure it was eye-clean and sparkly.   Even when I was unhappy with the initial renderings and wanted some fairly large changes made (sorry again, Mitch!) everyone was very polite and very helpful. And even with the original time restriction AND me wanting to change virtually the entire ring half way through AND adding in some extra tooling/cuts we hadn't discussed before, these people still were able to get my ring to me not just on time, but a full 3 days early! And the prices were much more than fair, even for a custom ring. I was never very happy about going to a larger store to begin with... Everything felt or looked cheap, or was ridiculously expensive. Green Lake presents itself like any other higher end jewelry store, but has the personable and comfortable feel of a smaller, family - owned  type of business (which I believe they are, actually). I had been to every other large chain (Shane, Jared, Ben Bridge and Robbins Brothers) more than once and was sold on Green Lake shortly into my first visit. Everyone seemed just as excited as I was to design and make a custom ring that my fiance would love. Thank you all very much for making this such a great experience for me, and for making such a fantastic ring for my fiance!
