Very impressed! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Brian even left his lunch break to help me with a service that the big box retailers would not perform. I highly recommend this business.

Boyfriend ordered a ring for me online through ben bridge and i had to go in and exchange for a different size. We went in on a monday and was told that by that friday I would get a phone call and it would be in the store and i could go pick it up. Friday comes and goes and no phone call. Saturday morning i called to ask if i could come pick it up and they had no idea where my ring was. The empty box and paperwork was there, but no replacement ring-according to the manager. No one knew any information about the whereabouts of my ring and the woman who originally helped me wasn't in until later that afternoon so they couldn't help me. I had to call three separate times bc i was told they were going to "call me back asap when they had more info" and hours had passed after the two times they said that. Idk abt u but I do not have hours to sit around and wonder where my money has gone and try to track it down. NEVER going through ben bridge again. Save yourself the trouble and buy direct.
