The best service I could ever imagine. 7.5 years ago my husband bought my ring here. I go in all the time to get my ring cleaned and catch up with the girls. Ali and Song take such good care of me and genuinely befriend me every time. This is an amazing company but the Burnsville location is top notch. Thank you Ali and Song for always going above and beyond. I look fwd to seeing you again!!!

My fiance got my ring today & Mike was amazing!! He explained every detail from the difference in diamond to the band and even showed us the different types of diamond/quality for us to get the most out of our money! I have never in all the years buying jewelry had such honest amazing customer service!!!! I will never shop for jewelry from anyone else than wedding day diamonds for they got a customer for life now!!!!! Thanks again Mike for being so honest & amazing!!!!! Wish more people had the customer service values wedding day diamonds has!!!!!!!!!!

We had a terrible experience with Jesse. We wanted to use my mom's ring to create my wedding band for sentimental reasons. He told us it would be way more expensive and encouraged us to buy a brand new wedding band instead. He lied about the ring being sent somewhere to get an estimate (I know this because when I called about getting my mom's ring back, another employee told me it had been in the store the whole time). He called us with the estimate (about $500 more than buying brand new) and when I said it was over our budget, he wanted to know what the top of our budget was. When picking out my husband's wedding ring, Jesse only wanted to show us the more expensive white gold rings. I had to really push to get him to show us the tungsten rings, which is what my husband wanted. We took my mom's ring to Wedding Day in Bloomington, and we were able to use my mom's wedding ring and get a wedding band for about 1/3 of the price Jesse had quoted us. I've never felt more taken advantage of.

I had wonderful experience with Wedding Day Diamonds at Burnsville location. Sean was super patient and very willing to go extra mile to make this right. I changed my mind 3 times but he was so happy to help me with that. Wedding Day Diamonds was able to create a custom ring that literally has everything I've ever wanted. Highly recommend them!!
