I was extremely happy with my experience at Wixon. I have been through the engagement ring buying process before (unfortunately) with a big box jeweler and really turned me off from going through this process again. However, I was surprised when I went to Wixon. I worked with Kristine to find the perfect ring for my fiance. I never felt pressured to buy anything out of my price range and she was very professional in showing me different options to find exactly what I was looking for. Honestly, I would recommend anyone who is in the market to buy an engagement ring to go through her. Again, I couldn't be happier with how the ring turned out and the follow through that Kristine provided both before and after the sale.

years ago my husband trusted Wixon to design a one of a kind ring for his bride to be...so when the time came this year to upgrade the diamond and update the setting he again trusted Wixon Jewelers to create the perfect ring to celebrate the occasion.  We could not be happier with the result!  Everyone we encountered at Wixon was professional, courteous and knowledgeable - especially Kim . No need to go any other place, they are truly the BEST!

This place is incredible. The instant you walk in, you're greeted with coffee, treats, and wine. It's like paying a visit to an old friend. The next thing you'll notice is the warm, but elegant atmosphere with a stunning display of rings, earrings, and watches. It's seriously fun just to walk around and window shop.

When I was ready to buy, Debrah made picking out an engagement ring a breeze. She worked with me to find the exact style and helped me track down the perfect diamond even though it was extremely rare. 

When I finally did pop the question, my fiance and her friends were stunned. It was the perfect ring. 

I would definitely go back here for future luxury jewelry needs.  Thinking of a watch next :)

My husband and I recently went to Wixon Jewelers to look into their Estate buying program.  We had various items we wanted to sell, including some jewelry.  We worked with Aaron, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the pieces they would take and how much they would pay.  As we were discussing values, I decided to ask about the diamond in my wedding ring, which was an older mine cut that didn’t have the sparkle of the newer brilliant cut diamonds.  He made us an offer on the old diamond and showed us several replacement options that would work in my setting, and then went above and beyond to give us the best deal possible on the old diamonds and other trade-in items.  Talk about outstanding customer service!!  

That night, I was starting to second guess myself and wondered if I had made the right decision on the replacement diamond I had selected, so we decided to go back in the next day to take another look at the diamonds I had seen.  Aaron was not in that day, so we worked with Kim.  She was very patient, listened to my concerns, and had the old diamond taken out of my ring so I could see how the new diamonds looked in my setting.  That was very helpful to put my mind at ease and make it clear that I had made the right choice.  

When I went to pick up my ring, it was absolutely stunning.  I felt like a “new bride” seeing her ring for the first time.  My setting was 28 years old, but it sure didn’t look like it!  I was just thrilled.  What more could anyone ask for?  Not only does Wixon have an unbelievable selection of diamonds and gemstones, but their customer service is simply the best, bar none.  Aaron and Kim were fantastic.  I think it goes without saying that we had a wonderful experience with Wixon Jewelers and will highly recommend them to our family and friends.

The jewelers at Wixon are elite. The quality of their jewelry is unmatched in the Twin Cities. They repaired a very intricate antique ruby and diamond ring and it is flawless. I would recommend them for any of your fine jewelry needs!!�
