We went in as a couple together to design my engagement ring and our wedding rings.  I usually don't wear jewelry, and I was nervous about the whole process - but I couldn't speak more highly of our experience at Joseph Jewelry. Erich helped us design a custom style that fit my ideas, all while explaining the process, costs, and options we had. If you're unsure what you want, or you have some ideas but need some direction to bring it all together, Joseph Jewelry is a GREAT choice.  I absolutely loooooooooooove my rings, and they are totally unique.

I contacted Tony with Joseph Jewelry 4 months before I decided to purchase an engagement ring.  I should note that I am on the opposite side of the U.S. so that was a little uncomfortable at first not being able to speak with them in person or go in for an in-person meeting.  However, that feeling is no longer there. There were many questions asked and several changes made along the way and at no point did Tony, nor the rest of the staff ever seem annoyed.  They were always very detailed in their responses, very helpful, and extremely nice.  It's the way customer service should be with all companies.  The ring came out awesome and I would highly recommend using them.  I would use them again in the future for sure!

I recently worked with Tony to redesign a three-stone diamond necklace from a family ring. At the same time, we worked together on a redesign of a ring I had given to my daughter-in-love. Tony and the team were in continual communication throughout the process and I appreciated how closely he listened to my "vision" for the end result. I was NOT disappointed. Both projects were stunning and I was elated over how they turned out. They truly "get it". I will definitely return to Joseph Jewelry for any future purchases. My first experience here was working with Joseph throughout the design process of my engagement ring and wedding band.  I continually receive compliments about my beautiful rings.

Exceptional customer service. We took in a family ring for resizing and unfortunately the band broke the first five days after the service was done.

Joseph himself was quick to empathize with our dissatisfaction and immediately made an effort to make sure we left the store happy. With a no charge repair and shank to fix the broken band - we certainly left beyond satisfied.

It’s easy to leave a fancy first impression. We visited this store for its positive reviews and look/feel. What really matters however is customer service and loyalty. Joseph Jewelry makes an effort to put their customers and positive impressions before the price tag. 

From this experience I’m beyond confident that I will be back for future investments.

I received a Victorian bracelet with five stones from my grandmother.  The bracelet was set in gold and a bit more formal than I would wear.  It was quite a sentimental piece, as it came from my grandma.  Included with the bracelet was the dated note bequeathing the bracelet to me, I have to laugh as it was written on a bank deposit slip from a bank in Texas.  I wanted the stones set in a ring that I could wear daily.  I worked with Tony to choose a ring design, he was amazing to work with and I really appreciated the time he took to listen to the importance of the piece of jewelry and the reason I ended up choosing the ring design I did; his listening meant a lot as my grandma had recently passed.  I was able to see where the jewelry is designed and built.  Tony, the designers, the artists and the entire team at Joseph Jewelry were a pleasure to work with.  I am so thrilled to wear my ring and love being able to show it off, including the engraving of the date that the original bracelet was bequeathed to me.  I appreciate the time and care they took in making me feel like the most important customer.  The craftsmanship is impeccable and I highly recommend Joseph Jewelry.
