I went in to ask about returning or exchanging an item that I had purchased online. When I went in, all three attendants were busy with other customers. I waited over ten minutes just standing there and not one of those women even acknowledged me. I understand that they were busy, but a simple "we'll be with your shortly!" would have been better than them randomly and awkwardly making eye contact with me and acting like I was an inconvenience. Just acknowledge that your customer is there! I wouldn't have minded waiting if they hadn't been so rude.

I decided to mail back my item instead of exchanging it. I don't need to be bothered with poor customer service.
