A fair and honest used car dealership, something that is quite unusual. Most vehicles in their inventory are fairly high mileage but in excellent shape. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership.

While I’ve had good car-buying experiences, I’ve never had a GREAT one…until yesterday.  Yesterday my wife and I purchased an Acura MDX from Berea Auto Mall, and the experience was so good I’m taking time out of my work day to write a recommendation. Great price, great service, no pressure, and an expedited and efficient transaction from the owner Rick all the way to Bill in sales and Shawn in the back.  I’m in Strongsville, but it was worth the extra 5 minute commute to drive off the lot smiling. I’m giving them 5 Stars (only because they won’t let me give them 6!)

Best car buying experience of my life . The salesman( Bill ) , the porters and the owner were truly polite and friendly . Highly recommended.

We, a dealer from Michigan, bought an Acadia from Berea Auto mall to sell to one of our  customers.  The employees did their best to describe the overall condition of the Acadia beforehand and went out of their way to help us out before the sale.  More importantly though was their willingness to help us out after the sale as well.  As our dealership drivers were bringing the Acadia back to our dealership, several warning lights appeared on the dash.  The owner/ manager of Berea Auto Mall went above and beyond and paid for a portion of the repair even after we owned it.  Well done Berea!!
