On the plus side the room was simple but clean and the staff was friendly. On the negative side the room was not sound proof at all. Our neighbors were watching TV and it sounded like the TV was in our room. Since they left it on all night my wife and I had a hard time getting any sleep.

Rooms are being renovated - floors, walls, ceiling, plumbing all replaced. New digital flat screen TVs, digital thermostat AC / heaters. Amenities are a bit basic. Rooms have microwave and mini frig. The Inn has no ice machine, drink vending machines, or restaurant - though there is a liquor store, and various small restaurants, within a short walk. The best rooms are on the third floor - no elevator, so you'll get some exercise on the stairs. It's a comfortable place to stay though.

It's in a great location, but it seems like they don't try enough. The sheets were dirty when we stayed, but we expected that, with the price. You get what you pay for, and slightly less here.

Great prices cozy rooms outstanding service from the manager and kids. Always a great place to stay more than once.
