Nice cheap place to stay. Rooms look nice like they have been renovated. Outside need some work, but for the price it good. On my next visit to San Francisco, I would stay here again.

Horrible rooms, a two inch thick pad for a mattress, people grilling and playing loud music outside the room in the parking lot with no response from management when they were informed, also they NEVER refunded my room deposit. I have never had such a terrible stay in a hotel, avoid this experience yourself and go somewhere else. Would give 0 stars if possible.

BAD!!! We arrive and they couldn't find our reservation, then the system was dawn and have to pay cash for the room plus a $100.00 deposit. We got into our room and found trash in the drawers from a previous guest. In the second day of our stay room service was NOT DONE, bathroom area and shower were NOT CLEAN and beds were NOT MADE, in our second night here was a lot of comotion outside of our room... lots of train noise since tracks are next to this place! Then a guy was screaming and knocking in a door and window of a another room... We know that this place was NOT 5 stars, but honestly even 2 is a lot for the bad performance specially in the cleaning area, this place represents themselves as a higher place to stay but is even worst than a cheap motel.

Horrible. Room was dirty and our stained sheets had hair all over them. Stuff all over the walls and pool had been filled in with dirt. The area was sketchy and the regulars seemed to be staring at us the whole time. We tried to cancel and they repeatedly hung up on the Expedia rep who was trying to call them. Read the other reviews paint an even more detailed picture of the atmosphere. Avoid at all costs.

Cheap with a decent room. Not the best Wi-Fi, but has easy on easy off from the freeway. Good access to San Francisco.
