My experience with the Days Inn Pinole was horrible. The customer service at this place is horrible. Even management doesn't respect their customers they side with the employees. Downstairs rooms way smaller than upstairs rooms. Staff needs to be re trained on how to answer simple questions about rates. Front desk lady had her kids chilling in the lobby with her when i arrived to check inn. Staff has a bad attitude, and when your coming to stay somewhere you want to greeted with a smile. I will be contacting cooperate to complain and demand that something be done. I've recently spent over 1400 at this hotel in the last month and this is the thanks i get for bringing my business here. It's unacceptable. If your looking for a Friendly stay days in Pinole is not the place.

Checked in on Tuesday 03/28 paid for 2 nights with this girl at the front desk who had glasses. We were suppose to check out on Thursday but I decided to pay for an extra night since we are moving from Illinois to the Bay Area for work so we needed an extra day to be well rested. I paid with card at the front desk and after checking out on Friday 03/31 I decided to check my bank account when I noticed I was charged with a $154 when my receipt was showing $120. And then a day later the $154 was put back and $105 was credited and then $120 was take out, what's going on with this place I have a copy of my transaction because I am reporting this. A side from that problem we noticed a shampoo and conditioner was missing from our shower stuff because we usually take our own down every time we stop at a motel from Illinois to Cali and out of all the motels we've stayed at this is the first time housekeeping steal something from us at a motel like seriously? A bio silk shampoo & conditioner? This is insane and my daughter was the one noticed it was missing because she was the last one take shower. I am very disappointed in Days Inn at Pinole, CA and I advise anyone to not stay at this motel because people working there are unprofessional and conniving. I am still going to call corporate office or report them to the better business bureau. Shaking my head!!!!!!!!!!

They keep it very clean,price is fair the employees are all very nice and respectful all in all and it's nice and quite good local I definitely have sent friends and family here and all had a good time... Thanks for making the most of the motel Kenny

Rooms are clean, mostly quiet, and in decent repair. Anything near the road is noisy as traffic passes sometimes, but rooms further back are likely quieter. Downstairs rooms get a lot of noise from above. Overall a decent bed for a decent night's sleep at a reasonable rate. Better than other options in the immediate vicinity.
