Would not even consider moving here. Management does not care about anything. Washer & dryers NEVER get fixed had one with still water sitting in it for god knows how long & that’s a health hazard. When it started to snow they barley plowed the parking lot, had my car smashed into while parked & guess what that money came out of my pocket to be fixed. they don’t care when I mentioned it to plow. Just recently they still barely plowed & guess what? Didn’t do my parking spot the one out of a hundred! Called & they still didn’t do anything so we had no choice but to park somewhere else risking getting our car towed which is another $400 out of out pocket for their wrongs. They will tow anyone’s car for absolutely no reason had it happen about 3-4 time even with a sticker that stated where we were parked in our spot that we pay for! Guess what?! They still don’t care! Spend the extra $100-$200 that you would for a different place it’s not worth the stress or endless money coming out of your pocket for them to do nothing about it.

Worst Company to rent with. They fix their houses nice before you move in with cheap things. When you move in and the cheap things start breaking, they never come to fix. Rats and roaches in their apartments. Towing people car at 3 PM and to get it out it’s over $300.  DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!

HORRIBLE LAND LORDS, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND TO PUT EVICTIONS ON PPL NAMES. FOR THEIR POORLY KEPT PROPERTIES

Management company NEVER came to do repairs or even plow drive thru for our unit! Building was COMPLETELY Infested w/ Mice!!  In the short time I stay w/ them Ive stuffed over 20 holes & caught over 20 mice !! Renting from this company is very depressing! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT FROM THESE PPL! I always tough mexicans were tidy,hard workers& etc. NOT IN THIS CASE❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗
