There are at least 5-6 customers in the store pick-up line, and nobody at the register. Having to wait for 20 minutes in a line completely defeats the convenience of ordering online and picking up in store. There are so many idle agents in the check out registers with no customers to attend to. They don't even look apologetic about the situation. Happily chattering away.

Bought a computer a few months ago , and was told the coverage I bought covered 3 electronic appliances. My smart tv's wireless chip conked out after a year and three months. Turns out the coverage doesn't go towards that. Well, no one clarified that when I bought the coverage. MAJOR fail for the sales people. The coverage only goes towards similar products. I got a 50$ gift card for my trouble, but the tv costs over $500. Not cool for Samsung for their terrible product, or the geeks who are selling coverage. This feels like a scam.

I brought my iPod Nano 5G here back in 2009 or 2010. Some of the employees can be rude to incoming customers at the entrance (one time one of them just rolled their eyes at me upon walking inside), but for the most part, the employees inside and working around the store are pretty helpful.

Online ordering is a waste. You would expect it to be a fast pickup process the. You go to the store and their own computers aren't working. Isn't this a tech gadget store?! Wtf?!?
