Pretty decent place. Just need to improve on their prices for the equipment they sell. They provide classes for the equipment you need help on. That is really good. Classes are awesome.

4 months ago I ordered a pedal from these guys. It was a fuzz pedal that costed around $96. Every month, they would charge me and I would either have to contact or wait to get that money back when the pedal didn't arrive. On November 29, they sent me an email saying that they couldn't send me the pedal without written consent at that point due to federal regulations . I called the bluff, I didnt want the pedal at that point. They charged me again this week, and I do have the pedal. I don't want it though after this terrible experience with this awful store. DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE SERVICE. The store itself isn't much to look at either, nice staff, terrible teachers, terrible gear.

THE MANAGER WILL MAKE SURE YOUR QUESTIONS OR ISSUES ARE TAKEN CARE OF. I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE GREAT RESPONSE AND ATTENTION TO A FEW QUESTIONS I HAD. EVERYTHING CLEARED UP AND WALKED OUT OF THERE A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. GREAT PEOPLE WHO LOVE MUSIC AND THOSE STRIVE TO MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE. THANKS AGAIN TO THE STAFF

They only sell low quality gear and beginner stuff. Where are all the ESP and Gibson Guitars. :-(
