Walked into the store, not 1 person in the entire place, 1st off... Some guy very slowly walks over & begrudgingly says, "hi" as if I've just interrupted his day, while the other girl is just sitting way back behind the desk on her phone. I was told I AM NOT AN AUTHORIZED USER ON MY OWN DAMN ACCOUNT!! Then how did i speak 2 SPRINT 5 times today 2 ask about MY UPGRADE INFO if i am not an authorized user of my own account?  I called Sprint & they've got no problem w/ any of my info & said they dont know what the store's problem is b/c everything is viewable in my account. Worst customer service I've ever received & it takes alot 2 piss me off!!!  Oh, and the lazy ass on her phone, back behind the desk, was yelling across the room 2 answer questions that i was asking the guy in front of me. I wasnt even speaking 2 her!!!! She couldnt even be bothered 2 get her ass up, get off her damn phone & come speak 2 me, like a respectful person that wants 2 make a sale would obviously do! I am a very patient person, but Lord they pissed me off & I WILL NEVER GO BACK 2 THAT STORE!!!!!! WISTERIA DRIVE STORE... U SUCK & NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL TRAINING SESSIONS!!!!!!!!

Looks all employee only trained to increase cell phones contract w/ unbelievableTECH SUPPORT they CAN'T deliver. Got a hunch these young groups are Scammers. Just realized Apple Store from both Bethesda & Montgomery can solved our problem w/ UNBELIEVABLE EXPERTICE w/o hazel for free. T-mobile now advertising no contract and terminate anytime you wish. Words from mouth of store employee again & scribbled on a piece of paper tissue.

Staff is great and very knowledgeable! They make you feel welcomed and treat you very well. I came in to replace a phone which had a problem and they lent me a temporary phone while they ordered a new one, which came in really quick so that I didn't miss any important messages. Would highly recommend this location for your phone needs

Went in to have them look into why my cell was not charging despite the phone saying its charging. I was worried it would be a huge hassle and i'd have to pay a huge deductible just to get another working phone. Garrett, the store rep was super helpful. I had to leave it for an hour with him to diagnos. He confirmed its an issue with the phone and since the phone was still in good shape without any apparent physical damage that he could do an insurance claim with the cost of the deductible. The phone came in after a couple days. When i arrived to pick it up, again Garrett was there and gladly help transfer all the photos, contacts, and texts. Super smooth process. They deserve a good review.

Very Pleasant Sprint Store. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient. I bought my phone here and I would recommend everyone to come to this store.
