Beware, this store allows fraud. A clerk at this store charged a brand new S8  to my account at this store by someone who wasn't on my account and without me present. I live in Michigan and have never been to this store. The T mobile rep in Michigan and a customer service rep confirmed the clerk's name and that he had signed off on the purchase as having seen my ID. That is fraud. I called the manager at this store, gave him all the information that T Mobile gave me, including date, employee name, and my account info. They are supposed to keep records of your driver's license photo taken during purchases. There wasn't one, as I've never stepped foot in the state, let alone the store. He said he didn't know what had happened, and there was no way to get to the bottom of it. Odd, since 2 T mobile reps hundreds of miles away did so easily.

Luca the store manager was a pleasure to work with! He advised me on how to get the most value for my trade in, any other person would have just wanted to close the sale. He also helped me with a billing issue, that customer service would not help me with. I was also helped with in a matter of minutes, and all my issues were resolved with in 10 minutes.This will be the only t mobile store I will be going into from now on. I highly recommend this store. Superb customer service!!!

My husband and I just had a wonderful experience at this store.  Christian helped us with all our needs.  He is very knowledgeable and gave us some great recommendations. Everyone is helpful and friendly.  The store is clean.  I highly recommend going to this store in Germantown.  Thanks so much Christian.  You are AMAZING!

Great location! Was helped by the representative Christian. Very knowledge young man. Was very informed with the devices they had to offer and was able to help my selection of device along with the plan. Provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in the door to the point I walked out of the door. He went above and beyond to help me transfer data from one phone to another and showing me unqiue features of multiple devices! Was very courteous and polite!!
