After my mother-in-law received a dishwasher as a Christmas gift a couple years ago, it started acting up in the beginning of 2016. Several phone calls for repairmen later, a missed repair appointment, and finally a trip into the physical location, she was told that her 3 year warranty would not be fulfilled, even though the warranty dates were still good. She then had to have an argument with the staff, and being a sweet lady who doesn't like confrontation, she paid almost full price for a new machine, bc HHGregg refused to honor their word and fulfill the warranty. The new machine stopped working almost 2 months ago and everytime my mother-in-law calls to have a repairman come out, her call is sent to the manufacturer instead of customer service! We are never working with HHGregg again!!

We were told by another location that we could return a tv, which came without a manual, screws, remote, etc. to this location. The manager refused to return the TV and told us that we would have to go all the way to the location that it was purchased from even though the rep we spoke to said that any location had the ability to accept the exchange. Furthermore, the woman at the customer service desk said "well you guys had the tv for four days" insinuating that we knew it was missing these items and were trying to pull a fast one. Long story short, do not go to this location if you expect any kind of actual customer service.

Terrible employees + mangers I would rather pay extra and not dealing with this store , the worst about this they messed up and never apologized or give a reason

Never heard of HH before, but my brief visit was the best I ever had at any electronic store before. The customer service was good, very good; and someone had answers to every question asked.
