Today Store Manager Richard Reed/Reid restored my faith in Customer Service. Mr. Reed saw to it that my needs were met in a timely and courteous manner and he compensated me for my aggravation! Kudos to the BB Team for recognizing his talent and I'm greatful he was working today!

I was sold a defective air conditioner and had it installed by a professional not knowing it wouldn't work. I called Best Buy to see my options- perhaps they could have someone come over and repair it, maybe have someone could uninstall it and reinstall a new one. If they couldn't do anything *task* oriented, perhaps they could give me a discount considering I would have to lay out additional money to replace the defective A/C. Nope, the customer service folks had no sense of accountability and refused to do anything for a variety of different reasons (a/k/a excuses). Now I'm out a considerable amount of money. Yep, no more business for you Best Buy.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. I got what I wanted quickly and at a great price. This is now my first choice if I need tech gear.

You get excellent sales and patient salespeople.  The best sales this past black friday were on TVs and higher end computers.  The mid priced laptops not so much.

I was to be completely honest dissatisfied with the whole process of buying. I felt like just another customer to get rid of who will help them make their Commission. You know what they say the sales process doesn't stop after the customer leave well I think Best Buy doesn't believe in that. What's even verse that after next day I went back because I didn't get no get offered a memory card for my camera I went to the same guy and he started rolling his eyes and he's like Oh I thought i gave you one. Whats that supposed to mean? Shoul i have got one for free or hr forgot to upsell ? If I haven't had my mind set up to buy a photo camera I will walk out empty-handed for next year for sure
