We love PC Richard! We usually buy our large appliance and electronics here. Had a great experience with in store sales guys, Julio and Adrian, recently when buying a new fridge. And the service is top notch! Had an issue with the install (line was too short) and they went above and beyond to rectify it! The service is why we buy here and not from a big box store or online. Even better was the price was better than the other stores too! Will probably need a new w/d in a few years... Already planning to go back when we do.

Yesterday visited PC Richards at 2372 Broadway and found Sales Associate Hank most helpful. He educated me on the two types of heaters that are offered, the variation in output so I could make a more informed decision about my purchase.
A great experience. Well done.
Am a fan of PC Richards and have returned for all my home purchases over the years.

Awesome customer service! Great local business that I enjoy supporting. The sales guys and management are always willing to help and provide good discounts / incentives to ensure customer satisfaction. I’ve purchased many household appliances and devices from this location over the years and have consistently received stellar service and products. 5+ stars all the way!

Purchased an led TV and a few accessories to go with it. Javier one of the salesperson help me narrow down my decision and suggested what I needed for the TV to get the most out of it, as far as the best picture clarity. Go see Javier for knowledgeable advice and professionalism! Pleasurable experience.

Carlos was extremely helpful.  He helped us decide which appliances would work best in our kitchen space.  After our purchase he answered additional questions that we had.  The delivery and installation was flawless.  My husband and I are thrilled with our kitchen.  Thank you Carlos!
