Was able to go in and get a washer and dryer set, at a great price and great delivery schedule. Had help from a great sales rep. Khalid was able to sell me what I needed with providing me personal knowledge on the merchandise. He also gave me a follow up phone call to find out if I was content with the products and if there was anything else he could do personally to help if other wise. Great all around experience!

I went to this location recently to purchase a pair of headphones as well as a charger. I can truly say that I had one best customer service experiences that a person could possibly have. I was helped by a young man by the name of Khalid. He was very patient and beyond helpful. He definitely had a great knowledge of the appliances being sold. He was also very kind and friendly. You could tell he wanted to make sure I understood what I was buying and that I had everything I needed before leaving. It was nice seeing someone who actually cared about their customers and visibly enjoyed their job as well as helping others. I’ll definitely be back to this location soon.

My wife and I were able to come in and immediately attended by a great sales representative name Khalid. He asked us if we knew what we wanted and gave us many different options with great prices and easy assembly. Aside from price matching and giving us his own personal opinions through personal experiences, we were able to get what we wanted cheaper then what expected at a great day and time. He then called us after delivery to find out how things were coming along and to see if there was anything he could do to satisfy us. I would recommend everyone to come look for him personally because from our expierence he will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied with their product and performance. Thank you Khalid for your help and concern!

I had an amazing experience at this location. They were out of the coffee machine I wanted for weeks. Mahamadou told me that I can get the coffee machine at a different location. I payed for it and planned on picking it up the next day. I couldn’t pick it up because I was leaving for vacation early in the afternoon the next day. Since he lived one block away from the location I was picking it up from, he offered to pick it up for me before he came to work the next day. He saved me so much valuable time and stress before I leave to go overseas. This is beyond the best customer service I ever received in my life.

I bought a new fridge here for a great price today. My sales person, Mahamadou was great. Really patient and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. With the additional 10 year warranty I got, I’m at peace knowing I don’t have to worry about fixing my fridge again. Great store, excellent environment.
