Reviews

Ordered a projector from them and after calling for almost a month still have not received it. Keep getting the run around first it was 2 weeks then it was in 2 days then it was next week now its "we are waiting on the warehouse to receive it"...  was better off ordering from Amazon with the 2day delivery for same price

If I could give hhgregg 10 stars, I would. Wayne in appliances was the epitome of customer service, doing EVERYTHING he possibly could to secure my refrigerator. His kindness and expertise was welcome after a very disappointing experience elsewhere. George, I thank you as well for authorizing my purchase and clearing the way for a smooth arrival of goods. You both are the best!!

Most of the sales associates are very honest here and they don't just try to sell you stuff and its always a clean store the sales associates really know about the products and if they don't they take the time to find out the info if you go here ask for the sales associate Malon he is always very helpful and professional

was there a few times i see no real deals there at all,,,,,,, sale guys drive you crazy when you walk in the front  door ,  thats disturbing ,  i found better deals at walmart ..............and amazon ..... sorry but i wont be shoping there no more ,, in the newportnews oysterpoint store va ...............

Looking at the overall experience it was OK. Some package item appliances were not located within the store so I could get a full feel of the features. The sales associates were polite and knowledgable.
As with any sales shop, I wish the grunts had a little more power, so there wasn't so much tossing the customer from associate to manager.

The only reason it did not get all 5 stars is because of the financing company Synchrony. They were very impersonable almost to the point of being RUDE. HHGregg might want to revisit their financing options.
