After my phone did a perfect 3 and a half dive from my vest pocket on to our slate porch I was in shock. Luckily, I had just purchased cell helmet liquid glass screen protection from the good people at Computer Revolution. When I called to ask about a screen replacement the folks at Computer Revolution told me to come in and they'd take care of it. I drove directly there and within the hour my phone was completely fixed and I was out the door. No hassle, just fine workmanship, friendly voices and a crystal clear phone. Excellent service with a smile. Just what I hoped for and more.

So thankful I found Computer Revolution for my computer needs!  My computer was working just fine one morning and then just died.  Andy was able to walk me through purchasing a new computer and then transferring my data over to the new computer.   He also patiently answered my questions both over the phone and when I went to pick up the new computer.  And once I got it home and set up I had another question.  Called in and the gentleman I talked with patiently walked me through what I needed to do.  No judgment for my lack of knowledge!  Thanks so much to everyone at Computer Revolution for helping me to breathe quite a bit easier now!!!

You know that feeling when you think your phone just died and you have pictures that you never backed up?   PANIC, to say the least.  I went in to get an opinion of what was going on with my phone, going in and out, not holding a charge long enough to back anything up.  They tested it, calmed me down, gave alternatives, FIXED MY PROBLEM!!!  And did it all with such a great attitude.  
I know it was a better experience than I would have had at the big box store.  They cared that I was worried and did everything they could, and they enjoyed being "computer geeks", it showed in their work.

Knowledgable, courteous, professional, and won't try to sell you something you won't need.  Had the pleasure of working with Andrew.  Provided me with plenty of purchase options and explained the products to me as  well.  They were able to bring my ancient macbook back to life!  Definitely recommend these guys!

I received exceptional service from Andrew at the computer revolution store in Roseville ....he is very helpful and knowledgeable....even though the store was very busy while he was helping me , he still managed to give quality service and addressed all my concerns. i give Andrew Five stars +++++
