Bought a $700+ laptop and not even four months later it is shutting down randomly. It's not overheating, it's not low on power, nothing. Took it in and tried to see if they could find out what was wrong with it. Came back next day for pickup (not even 24 hours, more like 18 or so because I got the email that it was ready) they claimed they ran it for 36 hours and had no problems with it shutting down. 1. They need to keep track of how long they actually HAVE your item before  blatantly lying about testing it. 2. ACTUALLY TEST THE ITEM!  I could tell mine had just been sitting in the back room closed and shut down because of the layer of dust covering the top. They will not take you seriously unless you are paying them to fix it. I wasn't taken seriously most likely because it was still so new and I wouldn't be paying them because it was still covered by the warranty. Never go to this place if you need something fixed or checked out. They may be nice but they do NOT do their job!

Knew what I wanted going in, so it was a quick visit. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. Can't ask for more than that.

A great place to shop for video games, consoles, DVD, blu-ray, Steam cards, computers, pretty much whatever your electronic needs. With the Best Buy reward card (Its free for the basic card) gives you more for your money.

All around great store. Bought a 60" TV and the gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable and courteous.  Just a really positive experience. Long live retail!!!

I've encountered some very knowledgeable and helpful staff at this location. Clean and modern as well.  

With price matching, can get lowest price and still pick up same day.
