If you are craving Great Customer Service take a trip out to Best Buy in Eagan!  I am Blown Away with their First Class Service!  I must admit, the salesman was a little pushy, but after I asked for a minute he gave me space.  I ended up with a lemon of a brand new computer.  Definitely not any of their faults.  The exchange process was quick and painless! Of course I added the Geek Squad after the exchange! 🤣  Thanks So Much Eagan Best Buy!  Award Winning Service!

It is a clean, well lit store.  The staff has been very helpful to show what is available and to work through questions and details as needed.  The rare times that I have needed to return something it has been a hassle free experience.  Their price matching has worked to my advantage a few times, too.

Very helpful people. It seems cuts in their labor though are making them thin. Few people without knowledge in all brands.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered something online to pick up in the store and my confirmation email said it would be ready 11-24-17. With the store closing at 10:00 pm and as of 8:20 pm I didn’t get an email saying it was ready to be picked up, so I went into the store because I needed it. (Hence the reason I ordered it)

When I went to the store to customer pick up after waiting in line for over 30 minutes they said it wasn’t ready for me yet, I said can I go grab it in the store and you check me out since I already paid online and waited in line? She told me to come back tomorrow and it should be ready.
I told her that’s not an option with how much time I’ve already spent here waiting in line and commute time.

She said yes she could do that, so I went and got the item from the store and went back to the Customer Pick Up line. Another 25 minutes waiting in line and I finally get to the front Of the line the lady tells me since my original order wasn’t showing Confirmed and Ready to pick up she had to cancel the order and have me repay. I explained to her the only reason I’m in Best Buy right now is because I had gift cards my pops gave me and I used them for this purchase. I told her I spend my money with Amazon because of these exact things happening every time I come into Best Buy. I explained to her the reason people order online is so they can just pick it up and get out quickly. So I had to repay, and not use my gift cards.

Worst service I’ve ever had. I will never go to Best Buy again, I will tell everyone I know not to go to Best Buy and I will spend my money at Amazon.
