Great service! Always helpful with loading large items into my vehicle.  If you have not been to a Best Buy in awhile, I recommend giving this store a chance to earn your business.

Amazing customer service!!! Everyone I came in contact with were the best of the best!! I have been in Customer Service Management for 25 years. This locations staff made me smile multiple times. The 2 men working at the front door (in yellow jackets)on 11/17 around 3pm were incredibly helpful. The African American gentleman (I didn't catch his name) actually chased me in my car in the parking lot when I forgot my phone. Please be sure to thank this fella again for me! Great job team Apple Valley!

Pretty good I might say. They have all the brands set up like Google, Samsung and Amazon. But the computer section is dry af. The employees were nice so no problem.

Jens the sales guy was EXCELLENT.
Delivery was TERRIBLE .  it took 4 attempts.  Contracted (?) Delivery service would not come down my rural driveway.  Dumb, not hard.   But then they promised 3 more times that it would be okay, so I  waited 3 more days.  Each time, they didn't come.  Never saw them although they claimed they were there.  Drivers complained that truck was broken, bad tires, etc.  Finally on 4th attempt, they sent the A-team and no oroblem.  BTW, Warner-StellIan came and delivered with same sized truck and never even flinched.  BB needs a new delivery service.  Drivers seemed affraid to do anytjing, make any decision, or leave the highway!
ALSO, visited the high end Pacific Appliance part of BB 2X.  Sales people on their phones, not helpful, didn't know much.  We're talking $6000 ranges and $2000 exhaust hoods.  Go to Warner-Stellian.appliances or Vent-a-hood of minneapolis for excellent service!

I really enjoyed security commenting on how I was goofy-looking because I was wearing an Arctic hat and sunglasses then to be followed around by all the retail staff  because what I'm different
