I had a laptop that needed basic repairs, everywhere else wanted upwards of $120 in labor, and I was calling around trying to find a reasonable offer. I called the Pitstop because it was five miles from work and open late enough that I could get a same day repair. The man I talked to was so friendly and helpful, and didn't seem condescending or dismissive as most the other places I'd tried had been.
 (joys of being a woman who knows what's wrong with an electronic). So i ran in on a friday and Brooke took care of me. She was polite, friendly, funny, and very competent, she fixed my computer for $100 flat, $20+ less than every other offer.  She really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and that it could be done on schedule. She remembered anecdotes of what I'd said I used the computer for and gave me very personalized service, stating she was happy I could return to my writing. We chatted a bit about word processors and external keyboards, and I left feeling crazy grateful. I have another laptop that needs repair and I'll be bringing it to this shop. Best. Place. Ever.

Came in for a small screw that holds the back-end of my laptop together. Was helped by Nick and Derek who helped me out immediately. Within seconds of walking in the door they already found me a new screw. Very fast and courteous service, would definitely recommend!

I have had several dealings with Device Pitstop in Burnsville. I have never had anything but positive experiences with the entire crew there. 
I help Seniors with their computers as well. From time to time they require more hardware assistance than I can give them. I refer them to Device Pitstop, and have not had ANY negative feedback. 
Great place.

I experienced very good service. The team is amazing 😉 very nice people, very open to help and most  responsible to do their job.Their prices are twice lesser than other places. I will recommend this place 10 of the 10!!!

I have nothing but Great thing to say about the repair and service I received and the way I was treated in the store or on the phone.
Device Pitstop, is professional from start to finish.  If I ever need another electronic repair, I am going to Device Pitstop.
I would recommend to everyone, try them first.  You won’t be going anywhere else and you will not be disappointed.
