My Fit Gear 2 was tracking floors as I was sitting still. I tried to just return it, but neither Samsung or Best Buy would return the 90 day old fitness tracker so I sent it in. 6 weeks later they sent it back, no band! So I sent it back again. Then the battery died, sent it in again, and they wanted to charge me $260 to fix it! More than was originally spent on it. Now it's been lost somewhere between them and UPS for 2 months. I changed to iphone because this company is so bad. Do not buy anything from them

We have had terrible customer service and issues with warranty. We purchased all brand new household appliances from Samsung. We purchased July but post poned delivery and install till October when our remodel would be done. Within 1 year of receiving our product we started noticing a sound from our dryer, it slowly became louder. We called the following September/Oct because we new we only had a one year warranty. They are refusing to help in anyway even when the products were delivered only 9 months prior. Saying it's a 1 year warranty (I understand) but the product was not with us and still with the manufacture for months after we purchased. We have also had issues with our refrigerator and stove that were purchased at the same time. Ridiculous, this shows the quality of products when 3 of 5 are having issues within a year of delivery.

Returned my Gear Ico x for a refund due to defective. Tracking showed samsung received the return item on 10/12/17. Today is November 27,2017. No refund has been issued. Have called customer service about 5-6 times. The first 2 times they created a case. The last 3-4 times they reassured me the refund will be issued within 3-5 days. Just got off the phone with a rep today and she said the same thing, to expect refund 3-5 days (she put me on hold then came back saying she has talked with her supervisor to push a button to issue the refund). This is very frustrating! Very bad experience with Samsung and its customer service part not withstanding to their words. This will definitely make me think twice before purchasing a Samsung product again.

I'm returning my Samsung Galaxy S8 to my carrier and saying goodbye to any future business with this company. I had this new phone for 13 days and had some issues with not having the voice assistant feature for car mode or texting and not being eligible for the real good promo offers was just the icing on this half baked situation. Recieved ZERO help or options from customer service on my 31 minute call today. Apparently my situation was classified as "special needs" and will be sent for further review not to mention the call was being "recorded". Not even a mention of a return call! I was happy with my S5 for the entire time, wanted to ease into the newest Samsung phone and was willing to pay for it. Now I just want my money back but the refund will be minus the $35 restocking fee for the return to the carrier. I cannot believe the lack of service for a loyal customer. Goodbye Samsung. As I promised on my call, I'm returning the phone and I & my family will take our future business elsewhere.
