It's kinda a shame. We were looking at a getting a new phone and both the employees at the Verizon store and the Best Buy here could not be bothered to help anyone. Speaking of the best buy here. There were probably a half dozen of them behind the phone counter and not one of them took the time to even make eye contact.

jist bought an ipad pro for my niece who wanted something for digital art. also bought an apple pencil. the level of customer service we recieved was amazing. tge specialist was an amazing artist and showed her some awesome stuff.  also the best buy employee was very helpful  did some price matching and was very polite.

Was just in the store today looking at figures when an associate stopped me to ask me if I was finding everything okay. I told him that I was and he must have seen the figures I was carrying because he then asked me if I had gotten my hands on a more rare harder to find figure in the collection and I told him no, he then went away for a second abd brought me back a figure I had been struggling everywhere to find and I didn't even ask him! I really wish I could remember his name because he was stepper! He also told me about a savings program you guys have on games and helped me sIgn up! What a nice guy! I really appreciated the extra mile he went if he would have walked away when I told him I was finding everything okay I wouldn't have walked away with the rare figure or the savings! Thanks again!
