I love this store. I frequent it for the Magnolia Room specifically. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I'd give it a 5 star rating, but there is truly no such thing as perfection in retail, only just below it, which these folks are. Will do business again.

Park City's Best Buy is excellent. I crashed my drone, ordered new propellers online, drove over 20 minutes later, and picked them up at the pick-up desk. Fantastic. On top of all that, they have their very own parking underneath the store.

*bleep! This location... go to SLC or purchase online. The ‘geek squad’ are just as helpful(NOT) as the geniuses @ the Apple store. Sidebar, geek squad hung up on me. Hows that for customer service?

Could not find anyoneto help me. Asked someone and was redirected twice before being directed to an area and told to stand and wait and someone else would come and help me. No one came. I have had much better experiences with other Best Buys.

This is one of the worst customer experience stores I have ever delt with. If i could rate it a zero I would. We bought a laptop and the charging port was defective. We took it back and they refused to return it. i tried to retune it again and this time spoke with the manager Eric, and he said he would have to get the opinion from his geek squad team. Kevin from geek squad agreed the product was defective and said he would have returned it immediately. However now that it was outside the return period, which it initially wasn’t when i first tried to return it, that he didn’t know what could be done. The manager , Eric, came up to me and said he was not going to help me and the store would never of sold a defective device. So now I’m $750 out of pocket for a computer that won’t work. the stores own Geek Squad team agreed the laptop was defective when i bought it. How can a place like this stay in business, the worst customer experience and dishonesty i have ever experienced!!!
