We have been price matching with Best Buy for about 2 years. It’s made it convenient when we need something quick or we find something online we don’t want to wait to be delivered. Today, they decided not to price match RC Willey because RC Willey is out of stock. We went and got Coco when the same deal was on two weeks ago with no problem. Why offer something when you don’t honor it!?

Great selection, great reasonably priced electronics and home merchandise. Good prices if not during a sale time. Movies, Marked up in price extra....if a sale time. Yes, it's an item for sale. Yet the everyday price has been cheaper for weeks marked way up the week of then priced down for sale. Still more expensive than reg. Everyday if you shop Best Buy alot. Which we do. Nice to have price matching.

For the most part I love this store. There are a few employees who I’d rather not deal with but overall good experiences. The gamers card is worth is if buying a lot of new games, in my case I have 2 new systems to start library’s for. It’s also saves on amiibo which is great for us Nintendo addicts.

We had a bad experience buying from best buy. We got a gift and asked to return the gift. we did not have a receipt but we just wanted in store credit because there was something else that we wanted. that turned out to be a big deal and she had to ask for approval.. So okay fine that was done and we got in store credit. they were out of what we wanted and was told to order it online which was no big deal so we did. We received the item. When we got it out of the box and was setting everything up the controller that came with the game console was broke. So we called best buy customer service the 1800 number. they told us that we could mail it to them and then when they got it they would send us a new one. Well that would leave us without the item we bought when all that needed to be replaced was the controller. They said I could call Microsoft because it was still under warranty but when I called them they said since we just bought it best buy would have to replace it. So we call them back and get people that hang up on customers. I was hung up on 4 times. I finally got a manager and she was willing to help but she said she was looking into our options. I had my husband call the number on google that is listed for the best buy in Riverdale. turns out it goes to a hub in Idaho and you can not actually speak with someone at that store. We spoke to someone at the hub and they said that we could just take the controller and our slip showing the purchase and they would change out the controller no problem (we did not know that the call went to a hub we thought we got someone at the store). So we took the controller and the slip. we got there and they tell us that they can't return the controller and we would have to bring in the console as well ( this is the only store closer to us the other ones are in south salt lake city and logan so it is not a simple 5 minute drive home and back to the store).... So we told them that we spoke with Nate and he said it was okay to do that. Then we were told that there are no phones at the store and it goes to a hub! Like at this point I don't care if it goes to some hub or not. we were told that we could just bring in the controller. They should honor that! This was my first time doing business with best buy and by the way I was treated by everyone I talked to I will not be doing business with them in the future. customer service is awful, and they refuse to answer a phone if you call

I have had very few good experiences with this store. The biggest problem with this store is that it is horribly understaffed. The sales people are knowledgeable, but you have to wait a long time before you find one that can help you. The biggest problem is with the service desk. You will have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a service rep on a good day. There are 5 stations at the service desk that are typically manned by one person. They seem to get bogged down wih each person, so the wait times are very long. You would be better off to buy on Amazon. Prices are better, and service is smooth and quick, even if you have to return an item.
