The lines can get really long especially when a new phone is out. But after that you get helped pretty fast. I've been here many times. One time my phone's lock button was pushed in. They asked me a few questions then gladly handed me a new phone right away! Great and efficient customer service.

On the list at 2 for and appointment at 3. 345 they send me a text it will be 508 (after they close before they can see me). I was planning on buying a new phone today but I only wanted you to look at my old one first. I waited for two hours to have someone help me. I am not waiting another two. I asked and one of your geniuses shrugged. Did not ask what I needed or my intent so I walked out. I am going to go home and research androids. I have always had iPhones but I am so sick of being treated like cattle. You ain’t so special that customer service does not mean anything.

Shopping at this store is not a pleasant experience. There is way too much electronic infrastructure to go through to (1) talk to a salesman and (2) buy something. And when you finally make it through the electronic gauntlet you might end up with a salesman who can't focus or make eye contact and basically blows you off. God forbid the purchase breaks in a day or two because then the electronic infrastructure intensifies tenfold and you REALLY won't get service. I've bought many Apple products but with the last two I realized I got better service at Best Buy. Go figure.

Staff may be friendly but forget about punctuality when it comes to being on time for appointments. Expect to wait more than 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. Otherwise just schedule your appointment at opening of business hour and hopefully they will see you on time.

Professional, courteous, and efficient. They not only fixed the issue on my 7+ within 10 minutes, they fixed my glass screen protector and I paid without leaving my chair. Great staff, friendly, and really fun! Thank you guys!
