Pretty easy to return items. They don't carry as much stuff as I remember but that might have something to do with the merge with Sears. Don't remember prices being that steep either. Customer service is poor for them merging with Sears. Sears customer service is top notch comparably. Clean given with how much stuff they have packed in there.

I liked this store, nice customer service and always had what I needed. Too bad their closing down though. I'll definitely miss Kmart out here in Tacoma.

They've got overpriced merchandise. When there is a sale its pretty good. But they've become a bit expensive, being one of the higher priced stores in the area. No air conditioning, so summer is super hot inside. Uhg.

They going out of business and they jack the price an you thinking that you're going to get a deal but really you paying the regular price that it would normally be that's why they still got a lot of stuff left at the store. I thought things like this is illegal

I purchased a 14 karat gold chain last weekend July 30th. Ok so all sells final. I think to myself no way I have the receipt they will at least exchange. First manager Wendy tells me I will need a receipt I produce then say and tags. Who wears a necklace with tags? She then states nothing we can do receipt says all sales final. I say we have lived and supported this Kmart over 20 years in our community. Wendy rolls her eyes and interrupts reaptedly to the point I tell her to shut up and listen. She states she's done walks away. I find employee to get different management while I can respect policy poor customer service and no regard for the customer voice. Nadine did listen and provide a corporate number.
