There is a reason Summer House has all five star reviews.  After having been virtually ignored at Rich's in Bellevue, the staff  at Summer House was unbelievably helpful.  I needed service parts for my aging Tropitone patio set.  They quickly helped me, had the parts on hand and even offered to send someone over if I couldn't do it myself.  When it's time for a new set, you can be sure I'm headed to Summer House.  They are there for you long after the original sale was closed.

I bought a fire table and two tropitone bar stools. Everyone in the store was friendly, helpful and willing to take the time to show me all the options. They even suggested I wait a week for the sale. The delivery was on time and the guys were great. What really impressed me was when the receipt came, the was a small problem and it was handled immediately. Highly recommend this place!

We bought some patio furniture there.  It's pricey but really stylish and sturdy.  We love it.

I'd like to take a moment to pass on how pleasant our recent visit was to the folks at the Summer House store in Bellevue. We made multiple visits as we were undecided what colors we wanted to use on our outdoor umbrella and sectional sofa. The staff was incredibly patient, welcoming us with every return visit. They took the time to explain many options as well as quell our concerns about outdoor furniture in the NW! We were impressed by their in stock selection but in the end we opted to special order. We can't wait to see their delivery truck show up with our order! Maybe next year we'll splurge on a firepit...
