Excellent customer service, every time I visit there is always a smile and a "How can I help you?" from a staff member should I look remotely lost or thoughtful about a piece of merchandise. Love this store for its layout and variety. I agree with other reviews that it is a bit pricey but joining their POP program means you get occasional emails with coupons that you can put to use. Also you get a gift on your birthday!

This is literally the number one place to go for storage and organizational items. This is a huge store, and they have pretty much anything you could want. You can spend a lot of time here roaming around looking at all the stuff. Sales people are generally friendly and helpful. This is located in Lincoln Square on the ground level, across the street from Bellevue Square.

I love the container store and normally go to the tukwila one, but they didn’t have a specific set I was looking for. The Bellevue employees were incredibly rude. I had a negative interaction with every employee. Two ladies were talking about how another coworker is lazy and didn’t hear me say excuse me several times. Another employee asked like it was a huge disservice to help me find something. And then the lady who checked me out and the girl who did the will call were two of the most miserable people I’ve met. I’ll just order online next time.

If you are an organization freak like me this place is like heaven. I can spend the whole day here. It has every product imaginable for storage and organization. I especially like the office accessories.
