Good store. Decent selection. Routinely needs at least one more staff member.

Went there for an event and usually the staff is incredibly helpful in regards to the events that hold but today I arrived towards the end of the event and it was already boxed up and put away so I was unable to participate.

Good place for quick and easy picking of toys. You can also order online and pick it up later from the store. I like this option as I don't have to search for a perfect gift in the store, instead apply filters and find easily online.

Shopped for some toys for my daughter. Definitely not cheaper than say Amazon. But wide variety of collections.

Dirty store, slow and poor service. Waited 35 min for the manager to come up for a return.
Won't be surprised when we see these stores disappear like other big box retail. Stick to online and save a trip.
