The manager working today needs people skills.  I left without buying anything because of the way he treated me.   Sometimes I need to be treated like a faithful customer and not like some schmuck.

I went to BB with the intention of making a substantial purchase. The young man who assisted me was knowledgeable, did not talk down to me, respected my age group and I left with confidence in the products (Apple), and will definitely go back for other electronics.

Randy is a superior salesperson.  He is very knowledgeable and explained all answers to our questions in an easy and friendly way even though we were there past closing time.  I would research another TV with him when the time comes.  Just an ace of a guy.

I'm not in the store 5 minutes before being approached by 3 different sales reps.  A little space would be nice.  Prices are about 30 percent higher than the exact same items at Walmart.  The sales rep that stayed with me didn't seem to have a clue when comparing specs of one product to another and the technician that I had to speak to afterward didn't even seem to want to talk to me.  The store was clean though

Best buy is best buy. Talked to 5 people and over 25 minutes on the phone for somebody to tell me if they had a dryer or not. Typical.
