Bought a Samsung Note 8 in Wellington the day after Thanksgiving they only had it on black so I took a chance and bought it to not lose the black Friday sale. The salesgirl told me If I changed it for another Note 8 there would be No restocking charge.  Well guess what they LIED! WHEN I came back to exchange it within the14 day period they tried to nail me with a restocking fee. Ronnie the manager at Best buy In Wellington would NOT do anything for me.
Don't trust this store! This is not the first time they  lied. I knew I should have bought it from Verizon in the same shopping center. Best Buy Sucks!

The woman that helped me at the counter for my purchase I made on line was rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She acted as though I was bothering her. The only reason I shopped at Best Buy was because it was cheaper than at Costco but from now on, I would never shop at this place again.

It was good! A lot of employees! Great help! I think the stores is beautiful! They keep it clean! I didn't buy anything, due to the fact that the TV I wanted was out of stock... Bummer! BUT REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I expected better customer service especially if I plan to purchase a high priced electronic. Few associates were available to assist with my needs/concerns. I waited at least 20 minutes for assistance. The two associates available in computers, during my visit, were diligent and effective in assessing needs of other customers. With online shopping, local stores have to be more present and available for customers.

My local Best Buy in Wellington, FL hasn't always been an enjoyable shopping experience, until the past few years. They are very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. If someone doesn't know the answer they find someone who does. It's pleasure to shop there. I didn't give them 5 stars because I believe everyone can improve.
