Another typical best buy but with a limited stock on hand. Been here many times and their level of on hand stock is much worse than other best buys that are around but they are more conviently located than the others. Friendly but not overly pushy staff. Check out has never been a problem

I had a bad expireience here a few years ago. And I returned since this store had a certain film I wanted that other Best Buy's do not have. My issue was fixed although this store is small and there is no Magnolia Home Theater store here dut to the store being small.

We have a project we have to do for school, and we were going to make a 360 degree tour. In order to do that we had to buy a 360 degree camera. Our teacher had went to the best buy in Riverdale, when she went there they said they didn't have it, but she could get one somewhere else.  They told her to go the best buy somewhere in West Patterson. When she got there they said she had to order, so she did. Then all of a sudden the order got canceled for some odd reason, she had to ride all they way over there and they didn't have it. She had to drive back and forth from Riverdale to West Patterson. After about 4 hours of driving, she finally got it. They brought it to our school, and it was broken, it didn't charge. We are very unhappy about this inconvenience and is further delaying us to do our project, and we request you fix this issue before it gets more out of hand.
