Happy Holidays To All!  I recently purchased a dishwasher (11/25/17) and although there we encountered a few issues due to space size under my counter to install new dishwasher, the help and support provided by Nancy was outstanding.  Her call to action to ensure that I received the help and information required to rectify the problem was spot on.  Your delivery team was courteous, helpful and friendly truly professionals.  Being in sales and customer relations for 30+ years, this is what you come to expect when you yourself need to purchase an item.  However in today's world unfortunately most often does not occur.  It is about the customer experience - Those who differentiate set them apart from others.  Thank you for caring about the client Nancy and team.  Happy Holidays, Jane

Nancy, manager, at PC Richards in Wayne, NJ was beyond accommodating and knowledgeable.  We purchased a refrigerator which did not fit in the space that it was intended for in the kitchen.  Unfortunately, the specs were not correct.  After a failed delivery, we went back to the store to explore all of our options.  Nancy was extremely knowledgeable, looked up every possible refrigerator spec, explain everything in detail, and even expedited the delivery.  She went above and beyond!!  We are very grateful to her and will be back for all of our future appliances.  Thank you to Nancy for her understanding and extra help.  Much Appreciated!

I have been coming to PC Richard and Son in Route 46 in Wayne NJ for many years. I could not be any more proud of the great salesman Harris Brown that took care of my family and I. If you are looking for a great salesman in this store, I highly recommend him. He has always been one of the most polite, well mannered, helpful, generous and easy going guy. Just by coming to the store, my family and I were always greeted with his contagious smile and great character. This man has made me eager to always buy the latest gadgets the store has to provide for my family and I. I can not wait to do another shopping day here. Always have been a pleasure here, he is also like family towards us.

Absolutely horrible.. nothing like walking into a store and being followed everywhere. I felt like i was at Bob's. We moved on to Best Buy where everyone was nice and no followers.

Wow this place is ridiculously expensive, I was looking at touchscreen navigations for my friends vehicle.
Having had many years of experience in the automotive Audio field, I did not say much to the salesman, I let him speak and shoot himself in the foot.
 He tried to sell us a mid-grade touchscreen for close to 1000$ and he would include a backup cam for an additional 200$ ( like he was doing us a favor)

My advices stay away from this place, shop around there are definitely better deals out there to be had
