Great store! Mentor is so clean and everyone looks professional. Pressed under shirts, everyone matches. Looks, and works like a well oiled machine! Knowledgeable friendly staff, that doesn't run from customers. Great store keep up the good work!

Reasonable priced.have bought appliances through them twice now...warranty offer is excellent. People are nice. Had missing piece from fridge no questions asked just called went in and picked it up.

In an era of online shopping and ship to home Best Buy still does the big box retail experience well. Expensive electronics really are owed the in person experience and it helps to have the occasional passer by who can answer questions. It's nice to have helpful and not pesky folks around.

When people come to this store, it's because they need more knowledge about a product. Salespersons try to do that for everyone and maybe the first one doesn't always give you what you look for. Always ask for second opinions and make sure you tell them thank you, because the employees enjoy helping you find what you look for.

I went to Mentor Best Buy this afternoon to get a stereo and some speakers for my car. I started looking at them and waited for a salesperson to assist me with some questions . No one approached me. I waited awhile and still nothing. I went and found a salesman and he called for assistance to go to car radios. No one ever came. I left and on the way out I told a cashier to inform her boss that he just lost about $1,000 sale. I'll never go back to that best buy
