I  was there with a friend purchasing furniture with a friend. It took forever to get help. She had called ahead and priced the items that were to be purchased and was told she was misquoted the prices.  They knew and called the employee and he confirmed that he told her the prices and unaware that the sale was over. The manager stepped in and was dragging his feet on the deal and snipped at my friend about her getting the best deal and then at checkout he had a very hard time fixing the problem in the computer and kept walking away .....and I mean far away while we tried to check out. ...he was talking about HER (my friend) on the phone when I walked up to find him and had a attitude that the cashier could not fix the problem of cheking her out without him. Then they had no cash in the drawer to make change. We practically started to argue with the manager about why he could not stay still to see the transaction finished. We were in the store 2 hours for a in and out purchase she called ahead for. Services were very unprofessional.

Customer service in the acceptance now needs much improvement. Be very careful and watch the billing with this company. They will over charge and not apply all you payment to your balance.

Despite being in the last days of liquidation,  the staff were so helpful. Sad to see them close.

Bad service. If you have to take care of a customer let me know. Don't just leave without excusing yourself. We had addition questions. Eventually left and bought our TV from best buy around the corner.

We bought a new fridge, had it delivered.,The delivery service rushed out before the set up was completely done. We noticed the unit rolls forward.
Michelle from delivery was not helpful, they would send a set of legs at a time convient for them- you can request evening hours but they cannot guarantee the team will not come when your at work.we fixed it ourselves
