I have purchased all of my major appliances from this specific store in the last couple years after moving in to my new home. The experience was nothing short of amazing. I am instantly greeted by staff, they are very knowledgeable, and they are not pushy whatsoever. Great place to shop!

Terrible! From the customer service to not receiving my products... You pay for a product and set a delivery date, but you won't get your product... They don't hold items, so if someone comes into the store and buys the same fridge you already purchased, if they set a delivery date that's sooner than yours then the fridge goes to them and your standing around waiting for your fridge that's not coming and they don't even bother calling you. I had to pick a new fridge and pay more b/c they gave mine to someone else.  I still have yet to even receive my oven and I purchased it in November...

Be forewarned about the sales team. They can be very misleading (as most are) and don't really clarify things as well as they should.

Be MORE so of the delivery service!! They are not HHGregg employees (as the first delivery guy blantently put). The service is outsourced to a third party company who are very rude and aggressive!! I literally had to call and complain! While on hold I heard arguing in the background, obscenities included!!! When the woman came back on the phone she asked/told me "What did I want! It wasn't my business and that I should mind mines..."

It took them 2 weeks and 3 trips, multiple phone calls, and a trip to the store to get my fridge, dishwasher, and stove installed!! For the money, I'll try again elsewhere.

Overall, our experience wasn't completely terrible. We were given the option to freely return the products without restocking fee because the sales guy never said a word about it.

All in all, the products were almost kinda worth the hassle. Lol

Went in with someone who was buying a TV.  The service and selection was pretty unexceptional.  Nothing really worth commenting on - it is a pretty straightforward place.  It's in a pretty good location with plenty of parking.

Bought the whirlpool load and go system washer and matching steam dryer with both pedestals. The guy who helped me told me that they were only 2 weeks to get delivered to my home so I opted to go get all 4 from the cleveland wharehouse. I was only able to get the washer and 1 pedestal the wharehouse Mgr told me that the dryer and other pedestal was back ordered. It's now been 3 weeks and no dryer or pedestal. The North Olmsted store is rude when I call and have no explanation as to why it's been so long and there are 30 people waiting. Smh I'm not shopping with them again. No costumer courtesy and clueless on products and orders.
