I went to the store after trying 2 others for a laptop power cord. None in stock anywhere  so now I was in trouble. A fantastic manager saw a way to solve my problem and made it happen for me. Intelligent approach to customer care.  Very impressed, thank you.

Bought an HP Pavilion last week.  Worked well first try.  However, a week later, the power switch went bad.  Called the Geek Squad and was on hold for an hour.  Hung up and called Sales.  Was on hold for twenty minutes.  Don't know why they post a phone number.  Boxed up computer and took back to the store

Went to get a game and a gift card for my granddaughter.. I thought it was odd that the parking lot was so empty.. We went in and they have people stationed at these little posts, unfortunately they must be chained to them because no one could leave their spot to help a grandmother buy a gift for her granddaughter.. So I'm off to a store where the workers are able to step away from their posts and offer up some assistance..

I went in to get a new laptop for a new position I had accepted.  Chase was  very helpful. He listened to my needs and helped me select the laptop I needed. It was an excellent experience.

Great team here. I did not have a good experience at another store in the area and this team fixed it. The front door guy greeted me properly, several associates said hello when I walked through the store and D’Anthony was a doll in the computer section and happily helped me find 3 reamaining computers I needed for my team. Thanks!
