Prices are extremely high you have to really pay attention to the days when purchasing items especially if you want to return them because , their return policy is only 14 days it used to be 30 days until they did a survey asking customers how long would they wait to return something they purchased and the majority answered two weeks. Wal-Mart has a 90 day return policy on everything in their store except cellular phones that's 14 days and laptops are 15 days , there's NO WAY in hell I'm purchasing an extended warranty from best buy because they make their own prices on the extended warranty and its really not worth it especially if the manufacturer provides a longer warranty. How hard is it to follow and abide by the manufacturer warranty for example all cellular phone manufacturing companies provides a 12 month warranty but all stores only provide a 14 day return policy that goes against the manufacturer.  Best buy lied and said the manufacturer makes us provide only 14 days to return the cellular phones so I called LG and Samsung and told them what best buy said and they told me that all of their devices are covered under a 12 month warranty and the stores choose to only allow 14 days to return the cellular phones. I recommend that everyone price check other places and online before you purchase anything from best buy because its so much cheaper to go that route and you most definitely save yourself a lot of money.

Ease to find parking and entry into the store. Store layout looks simple, with many pleasant and helpful customer assistance personal. Check out quick and easy, with very friendly clerks.

Worst store in history. Absolutely pathetic in every way possible. Been shopping at best buy since 1992, have a charge account with them, have spent over 20,000 there the past 24 months alone and have gotten nothing but terrible customer service, rude associates, no warranty service and on and on and on. Will never putchase anything from them again or waste my time if something breaks that is under warranty because they will not repair or replace it anyone. Without a doubt, the worst company in existence.

This store is huge! It has so much inventory to choose from. Unfortunately, they didn't have the laptop we wanted in stock, but the sales associate doesn't about half an hour on the phone with multiple other locations trying to find us a laptop late at night close to closing time. Everyone was friendly and helpful!

Big store. More employees than any store ever. It seems crowded but that's because there are so many employees. Helpful and great prices.
